UK small businesses are once again set to benefit from greater time-saving efficiencies with the latest updates from KashFlow, which help small business owners stay compliant with changing legislation while focusing their time on growth.

● The launch of KashFlow Canvass, a brand-new online user feedback and discussion forum
In January, KashFlow introduced support for the government’s VAT MOSS scheme to help small business meet the new EU VAT legislation on the sale of digital services. The Spring Release now includes an update to this functionality, allowing users to create quarterly VAT MOSS returns within KashFlow, ready to be submitted online to HMRC.
The Spring Release also includes an update to the Workplace Pensions Automatic Enrolment functionality within KashFlow Payroll, to further to assist business owners in meeting their legal obligation to provide employees with a workplace pension. The latest update in KashFlow Payroll now includes an all important communications module, which allows business owners to easily generate the necessary, legal communications they need to give to their employees based on their assessments. This enables small businesses to easily comply with the legislative requirements of Automatic Enrolment and avoid potential fines.
Additionally, the Spring Release highlights KashFlow’s Top 5 Apps, which are the third party software integrations that together provide the most value to KashFlow customers in creating efficiencies and adding value to running their businesses. The Top 5: Receipt Bank, PayPal, Tripcatcher, GearShift and GoCardless. More information about these apps can be found here.
KashFlow has also launched a brand-new online user community, Canvass, to replace the existing KashFlow Suggestion Centre. Through the Canvass platform, KashFlow users will be able to interact with the KashFlow product management team, suggest new ideas and features, and stay up to date with new product releases.
