Company Overview

For 28 years we have offered accountancy services in the Thames Valley from our base in Marlow, Bucks. From company formation or purchase, through to trade sale or retirement, we have assisted hundreds of businesses to manage their financial affairs. Our intention is to enable the business owner to get on and do what they are best at, comfortable in the knowledge that their accounting and financial affairs are in good order and up to date.

We offer all the usual services expected of a small general practice, including;

year end statutory accounts
income tax and corporation tax compliance
purchase and sale of businesses

Our typical clients are smaller owner managed businesses in the Thames Valley, but we have clients all over the UK and represent corporations from various countries in Europe as well as North America and Australia.

We are strong advocates of hosted applications, notably accounting software, and this enables us to become involved in businesses anywhere in the world. Our latest client is based in Tierra del Feugo!
