In this article, we will take you through your IRIS KashFlow Connect licenses, how to access them and how to use them against your clients.
First, let’s take you through how to purchase your licenses.
Purchasing your Licenses
There are two ways to purchase your licenses. The first is to directly pay through the renew option in your KashFlow Connect account.
You will find this through Clients> Choose your client> Three Dots> Upgrade (Renew). You will also see this under your Clients page and then under the Action column should your client be new, or be close to their renewal date.
You will then see a pop up in which you need to choose Debit/Credit Card in the dropdown to purchase your license.
The price will be for a full year of KashFlow. The price can change depending on your agreement as well as the package you’re choosing the license for.
Once done click Pay Now and your license will be applied to your chosen client.

Accessing your licenses
You can see your active licenses through two routes.
The first you can see your Active Credits on the Clients page. This is at the top right of your screen. Clicking on either of the numbers will take you through to your account credits page.
From here you will then see a list of all your Licenses. It’s separated out in an easy to read table, so you can clearly see your available credits.
The other route is through to Your Account (face icon) and then to the Credits tab.
Applying a License
Very similar to how you purchase a license, just by choosing to use the license rather than purchasing one.
